REFUND POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation:

  • A full refund will be issued if you choose to cancel our services within 5 days of making the payment.
  • If the cancellation is requested after the initial 5 days, you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The remaining balance will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of cancellation.

2. Service Renewal Cancellation:

  • Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
  • If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle, an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, and clients will be obligated to pay this amount.

3. Unused Services:

  • If you signed up for our services but did not make use of them, you are still obligated to pay for the services.

4. Refund Processing:

  • The amount of the refund will be credited to the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.

Digital Marketing Refund Policy

Sapphire Media will not be liable for a refund or guarantee of top digital marketing results under the following circumstances:

1. Changes in Digital Marketing Platforms:

  • In case of an effect on digital marketing results due to changes in algorithms, policies, or functionality of the digital marketing platforms.

2. Incorrect Information Provided:

  • Digital marketing activities are carried out based on the information you provide us. In case the information given by you is incorrect, we will not be responsible for any subsequent errors, and there will be no refunds or money-back guarantee.

3. Third-Party Digital Marketing Services:

  • Sapphire Media will not be responsible for digital marketing results if the client engages with any other third-party digital marketing services.

4. Varied Performance:

  • The performance of digital marketing campaigns may vary, and thus immediate and specific performance outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Client-Initiated Changes:

  • Any adverse effect on results due to changes in digital assets or strategy by the client or a third-party service provider hired by them.

6. No Guaranteed Specific Outcomes:

  • We make no guarantee of specific outcomes in digital marketing. However, we work in your best interest and put in our best effort to provide genuinely profitable results.
